Chandra has 30 years experience in digital signal processing, communications,
and computing. He has worked at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Bell
Northern Research, AMD, Hewlett Packard and Arula, of which he was founder and
Chairman of the Board.
He has over 10 patents to date and has disclosed a number of notable inventions.
Chandra started venture-funded Arula Systems (web based secure management
appliance), a spin-off from Hewlett Packard. After 4 years with Arula, he sold
the company to Raritan Computers in New Jersey. He was also the promoting
Director at Denmur, India's first thermally sensitive paper plant with
Australian collaboration. He has a keen understanding of product development and
markets in developing India. Currently he is a senior scientist and architect of
leading innovations and business concepts at HP, Palo Alto, CA.
He is on the board of Vyoma Technologies, India, Hemacon, Germany, Noblegen,
Boston, Capella-India, Galway. Chandra holds an undergraduate degree in
Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University and a postgraduate Electrical
Engineering degree from Concordia University, Montreal. |
