Peter Weber
joined PolyTechnos in 2002. Since 1998, Peter has been active as a business
angel and investor with activities in both the U.S. and Europe. As an industry
expert, he serves on several company boards. Peter was a co-founder of Netro
Corp. and held executive positions at blue-chip corporations, including
Telefunken Semiconductors (CEO), Siliconix (EVP and board member), and Intel
(marketing director, memory division), whereby Peter was one of the early Intel
employees in Europe. At PolyTechnos, Peter is involved in the technology
investment activities and provides board and management support to PolyTechnos’
advised funds’ portfolio companies, including Nanotron and NLN.
Peter
holds an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Frankfurt.
